We invest in ourselves with the ultimate goal of living a more fulfilling life whether it be enhancing our skills and marketability in our careers, or aligning with our truest selves.

1. Set goals: Define what you want to achieve and create a plan to reach those goals by developing new habits. Rather than creating a whole list of new habits, start with one to create focus and momentum. This will help you stay motivated and develop your discipline muscles.

2. Continuous learning: Invest in your personal and professional growth by reading books, attending webinars, or taking courses. This will help you stay relevant and up-to-date in your field. Again, choose one thing to throw your energy and focus into at first to keep things manageable

3. Take care of your health: Make sure to take care of your physical and mental health by exercising regularly, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and practicing self-care. Exercise alone has multiplier effects as it releases "feel good" chemicals in your brain which give you the energy and clarity throughout your days.
