This involves focusing your attention on the present moment, without judgment.
Just observe.
Focus on your breath.
Some find it helpful to even count their breaths to get "in" their body.
Start with just a few minutes a day and gradually increase the time.
Like anything, practice makes progress.... consistency over time will quiet the monkey mind more throughout the day.
